Mr Hanson and his surgical team were outstanding throughout my whole treatment. They were compassionate and caring throughout the whole process and explained everything thoroughly regarding all aspects of the procedures. They helped my wife and me get through a very emotional and challenging time. I am truly grateful and commend them for their commitment and devotion. I would also like to thank all the staff from Erica Ward who looked after me. They went above and beyond to make my recovery as comfortable as possible. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to all of them. Thank you very much. I highly commend all at the hospital for all that they do.

They were all very helpful. The only thing was I had to wait for ages. I am diabetic and hadn't had anything to eat or drink since breakfast

I was not seen by my consultant as planned and was. Registrar who laughed at me for crying and I was told she didn't have access to my referral and had no idea why I was there I was there as I'd been told by rapid diagnostic clinic consultant that I needed a 2 week referral based on my ultrasound findings I feel totally humiliated the way she laughed at me and didn't listen when j was trying to say I I was here from scan findings she said there was nothing here and then said to me well your 47 years old when I ahd to correct her I'm 38 I don't think she even knew who I was

If people are at hospital for an urgent referral from inside rhe hospital to see a consultant they should be seen by a doctor that has knowledge of the referral at least What a waste of time
